Philo doesn't realize a tablet is not a phone. They forced default to portrait for the guide and forced landscape for the playing of shows. So if you have a tablet set up, you have to detach your tablet from your setup to change directions to actually read the guide. Unless you want a kink in your neck. Customer service does not care. I think the programmers are more concerned with what meets the programmer's needs instead of the customer needs.

Pretty happy with the service. I mostly watch Discovery Networks shows, so the $29 a month (which includes tax) is a good deal. Especially compared to woke Disney's HULU garbage, which charges upwards of $95 per month and has frequent outages. My only complaint with Philo is the woke, anti-white ads aired by the TV networks on their channels, but these can be skipped on DVR shows and compared to other TV services, the price and value can't be beat! Lastly, I'd recommend Philo add The Smithsonian Channel. I'd be willing to pay a little more for that.

Like the old saying goes 'you get what you pay for'. The price is so low how could you possibly expect grade A service. It works good on my t.v but on my phone... I keep getting some error message. I keep pressing the need help link but it keeps going back to the beginning.

Hello, I’m an affiliate marketer under your program on commission junction. I promoted your company last month and brought in some leads which lead me to earn some certain commissions. My commission was approved and closed for payment but I didn’t receive any payment from commission junction. Why, what went wrong. I need payment of commission to me fast.

Trash, constantly freezes up in the middle of a movie/show and repeatedly kicks me out of the app. Half of the movies listed aren’t available to watch right away. Only certain dates with ridiculous times like 4am. It froze on me 5 damn times writing this review.

Garbage , way too many ads. Price is too expensive , they will die without Live On Patrol. Seriously, difficult to access, difficult to watch, somewhat difficult to cancel . I made it 20 hours into this and hated it so much I cancelled during the free trail . Terrible F .Move Live On Patrol, to a popular streaming platform please and away from this garbage

We can watch almost all of our old favorites anytime we want via SmartTV, phone or tablet. I’ve been using Philo for 2 years and have never had a problem and never once had to call customer service. The negative reviews you’ll see on this site are so fake so don’t cheat yourself out of a good experience because of them. I pay $35 a month because I added STARZ to my channel lineup so I can watch POWER and in my opinion, I get every penny’s worth of value from Philo. I never have buffering problems or any of that other B.S. these other people are saying. I’m watching Philo right now as I type this and as long as they don’t up their prices like Netflix has been doing, me, as well as my friends will probably be customers for life.

I am ok with ad breaks however 5 minutes of ads every 10 minutes is crazy. Not worth it. Canceled less than 2 hours after I started the subscription

Do not sign up for philo! It's garbage they do not do any refunds and customer service they suck at doing there job entirely. There supervisor a 18 year old kid that doesn't know what they're doing.
